Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of turboship.media and to press release writing and distribution ordered from us. “We”, “us” and “our” mean turboship.media. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your order
Your selected package, writing add-on and approved brief define the work we will provide. Growth is $499 USD for distribution to 300 news outlets. Ultimate is $899 USD for 500+ placements, with the additional services shown in the package comparison. Payment is once per order, not a subscription. Optional writing is charged separately.
Our publication window is seven calendar days after we have the final approved release and required materials. Writing and customer approval come first. References to outlet audience, example campaigns, search rankings or AI citations are context, not a promise of individual campaign results.
2. Writing, review and approval
You must have permission to submit the text, images, trademarks, quotes and personal information in your brief. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that material. We manually review proposed topics and will email you if a topic or submission cannot be accepted.
If you buy writing, a human writer prepares your release using the brief and reference material you provide; proofreading tools may assist the review. The selected word count and revision allowance apply. Check names, claims, dates, spelling, links and media before approving the final draft. We do not distribute a draft awaiting your approval.
3. Distribution and changes
The release you approve, or supply ready for publication, is submitted to the outlets included in your order. Publishers control their page design, formatting, media placement, indexing and retention. Newsroom-terminal submissions are not a guarantee of a public article in that newsroom’s publication.
Ordinary edits are not available once distribution has started. If the published text differs from the approved version, contact us for the remedy described in our Refund Policy. A discretionary removal request costs $150 per complete order and normally takes about one week; individual placements cannot be selected for removal. We cannot erase independent copies, search caches or third-party archives.
4. Publication guarantee
If we cannot deliver the promised publications or minimum placement count, you may request a full refund under our Refund Policy. We may offer a rewrite or another distribution attempt, but you can choose the applicable refund instead. The guarantee concerns publications, not traffic, rankings, AI citations, leads, sales or verification badges.
5. Website materials and intellectual property
You may view this website and download a single copy of its materials for personal, non-commercial, temporary use. This permission transfers no ownership. You must not commercially redistribute the materials, remove copyright or trademark notices, mirror the site, or reverse-engineer protected site software. Permission ends if you breach these conditions; delete copies when that permission ends.
Rights in your submitted materials remain with their owners. You authorize us and our fulfillment partners to reproduce and distribute the approved release to perform your order. Publisher names and logos belong to their respective owners. An “As seen on” badge is a complimentary presentation aid; it does not transfer trademark rights or grant a publisher’s endorsement. Use it only for coverage you actually received and in accordance with the owner’s rules.
6. Liability and external services
To the extent permitted by applicable law, turboship.media and its suppliers are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of this website or service. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove any mandatory consumer rights or express refund promise.
External links are provided for reference. We do not control external websites, review every linked page or endorse everything they contain. Their own terms apply. Website material may contain errors or become outdated; we may correct it without a commitment to update every historical example.
7. Updates and contact
The version shown here applies to use of the website from its stated update date. We may revise these terms as the service changes. An existing order remains subject to the terms agreed when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Disclaimer
Website materials are provided “as is”. Except for the express commitments in your order and rights that cannot be excluded by law, turboship.media gives no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee first-page rankings, social-platform verification, visitors, leads, sales or a particular AI answer. Potential reach is the combined audience of outlets, not the number of people who will read your release. Samples and case studies illustrate individual campaigns; your results may differ.
Publication is not permanent. Outlets can remove or archive stories under their own rules; some placements remain for only three months, while others may remain for 24 months or longer. The availability of a search result or AI citation can also change after reporting.
Turboship.media is an independent distribution service. We are not owned by or part of the publishers, search engines, AI platforms or payment brands shown on this site. Distribution or use of a logo does not imply their endorsement of us or of your business.
